About Coach Jen Boswell I am an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the North Texas Chapter of the ICF, CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and North Texas CHADD.
I have had extensive experience, over many years, helping teens and adults set and achieve goals, build social skills, enhance relationships and increase educational and professional success. I enjoy combining my education, experience and deep respect for individuals and families to provide a unique and powerful coaching experience.
I am a graduate of Coach U, the leading international provider of professional coach training, received Teen & Young Adult coach training at Newfield Network, and completed AD/HD coach training with JST Coaching. Prior to my coaching career, I earned a BS in Communications from Miami University and enjoyed a career in marketing and communications.
I have two wonderful teen children who provide me with the best of my experiences with teens. I've been married since 1988, and I’ve lived in North Texas since 1984. In addition to my passion for coaching, I love my family, dogs, reading, music, and continuing to learn.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful, highly interactive partnership between coach and client. Together we work to discover and maximize your talents and help you live the life you really want to live.
I will believe in your dreams with you, and help you turn them into reality. I will respect
who you are, celebrate your success, encourage your growth, and help you make
lasting, positive changes. I consider it an honor to coach and look forward to
the chance to talk with you. -Jen
